Workspace won't load

I am using cloud9 IDE. After opening my work-space from my dashboard it keeps loading.
I have tried to open in different browser but facing same problem. lately, i have discovered that i can open my work-space from desktop but i cant open it from laptop. So, i face the problem when i try to open it from laptop and i have to verify my access. any clue?

My workspace won’t load with the following error in the console:

Script from origin ‘https://cdn.c9.io’ has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://ide.c9.io’ is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 403.

Same issue with my workspace. Requests to cdn.c9.io fail with a 403.

I’ve linked to logs pulled from chrome dev tools if that helps
