Workspace stuck migrating for 2 days



I have a workspace that I tried to open 2 days ago. It is still stuck “migrating”. I’ve emailed three times but had no reply.

Looking in the console I see repeated HTTP 428 errors.

I’m a pro user and I use c9 for work, not being able to access a workspace for a period of time is unacceptable.


I also cannot attempt to work around the issue by cloning it as I get an error “cannot clone a workspace in state 21” whatever that means.


If you do a little search in the forums you’ll find a lot of people who, since being sold to Amazon, have had no response from support. Even on the paid plans - zero response from support after weeks of waiting.
