Workspace not loading - "Archiving Your Workspace"

For the past day I’ve have been effectively locked out of a workspace I need for University. When opened, the workspace stays on “Archiving Your Workspace” more or less indefinitely. This workspace doesn’t have many items uploaded and only about 10 or so pages of HTML. I’ve tried accessing it on both the home internet as well as the university internet to no luck.

Because of this I can not even clone or access files on the workspace. I am using a free account.
