Workspace not always on after upgrading to pro


When My account was free some times my workspace after 2-3 days is shut down.
Now my account is PRO/ and still my workspace go down :sob:

Sorry for bad english.
But is needed to work every day on workspace to make it up or what :confused: ?


Yes, c9 doesn’t provide you an SLA with 99.999% uptime like hosting platforms. While paid accounts have three “hot workspaces” (meaning: they don’t get hibernated), they don’t have guaranteed uptime.

The reason for this is simple: c9 is for development, not for production or hosting. If you run apps or websites in production, then better choose a platform that provides a respective SLA with guaranteed uptime.
