Workspace moved to new server, FILES MISSING!

When I logged in I got a message saying that my work-space was being moved to a new server. Now that it is complete, I find that loads of files are missing! Or more accurately, I am using an old version of the work-space. How on earth has this happened? Fortunately I did an offsite backup, but only of my project files (not the work-space setup I had configured, or of the database).

What the heck is going on?!?!!

We’re having some issues with backup restorations at this time. If you’re having issues, feel free to reach out to us at support@c9.io and we’ll do the best we can to help.

Alternately, if you have some sort of version control tied to your workspace (like Git), we recommend that you restore via this.

I’ve just restored what I can and started over.
