Working in Windows 10, Development workspace hosed


I have been using a Cloud9 Workspace for several days now with great success. However, this morning my Workspace is not functioning properly. I cannot alternate between view of terminal and immediate window and application files. I cannot see Stop or Run Project. I cannot see Ruby on Rails results.

On reload of the Workspace, the layout of the Workspace is fine, but when I run Run Project that returns an error, my Workspace is restructured and I cannot access my various windows.
