What email address do account creation related emails come from?


I want to use Cloud9 with my high school students, however, the school is blocking the email messages that are part of the student account signup process. I have asked the school to allow messages from support@c9.io and this address has been unblocked. The students are still not receiving the messages though. Is there a different address that the messages are actually coming from?

There should be no others that you need to unblock. support@c9.io is the correct email address to unblock.
