URGENT: Cloud9 Private Workspace Not Working

I cannot open my workspace and I have a project for my CS class due soon. I get this message every time I try to open the workspace:
“Service Unavailable. The service reports it’s unavailable at this time. This has been logged and the appropriate people have been notified. Please check the Cloud9 status page for more information.”
According to the Cloud9 status page, everything is working fine. I have tried logging out and back in to my account, using Firefox and Safari instead of Chrome, and logging in on my phone (so that I can use the cell network to see if it’s something with the wifi). Nothing works. This is extremely urgent and, as I only have a free account, I cannot directly contact Cloud9 support.
