Upgrading my Account ....?

i’m not able to upgrade my membership last week all was find until 2 days ago
all my work space have same message “Your Workspace is in Read-Only Mode” at the end of line it Said “Please visit your subscription page to buy more resources”
when i go to https://c9.io/account/billing
i find no were on how to change my subscription and how can it be activated …?
