Unresponsive message on terminal when trying to push code from cloud 9 to github

Good Afternoon,

I wasn’t receiving any updates when I just tried to push my code to github from cloud 9 and was wondering what I was doing wrong. I’ve attached a screenshot as a reference too.

I appreciate all the help.
