I have a paid Account. I have 2 workspace at the moment. I have resized my second workspace with no issue however the first Workspace which is running on Rails and lots of background processes is very RAM expensive. When I try to resize to 2.5 GB RAM I get this error:
‘Unfortunately your workspace failed to resize correctly. Please try again and if it continues to fail please contact support.’ Can someone please shed some lights on this. Thanks
We did have some issues with resizing a few days ago. I can’t see anything that would be preventing a resize in the logs. Could you please try again and see if it works now.
