Unable to update payment method

When I select another default payment method on the billing page, I get this error:

Cannot PUT /account/paymentmethod/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?access_token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Developer console says:

PUT https://api.c9.io/account/paymentmethod/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?access_token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 404 (Not Found)

Payload:

{“defaultPaymentMethod”:true}
