Unable to reset password but need to cancel subscription


I created a Cloud9 account with a shared Gmail account volunteers / teachers and I were using for teaching purposes (teals@broomestreetacademy.com / introcsbsa), and I selected the teacher account which was $1. We ended up not using Cloud9 (and also the school year ended in 2016), so I want to cancel this subscription. The problem is that I forgot the password, but the school’s domain (broomestreetacademy.com) where I volunteered blocks pretty much all outside mail, so the request for a password reset does not go through. If there’s a way to just cancel / delete the account associated with that email / username it would be very much appreciated.
