Unable to open a newly workspace workspace

I’m new to Cloud9. I’ve just signed up and tried to create a new workspace. It comes back with “This page can’t be displayed error”. I can see the new workspace on dashboard. But when I try to open it, it says the same “This page can’t be displayed error”. I’ve tried it several times but with the same result. I’ve taken some screen-shots and uploaded to this topic. Please have a look and let me know how this can be fixed.![1|690x373]

Can you please try opening it in a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox, and posting screenshots of what it looks like there? Also, can you check if other websites are accessible, to see if the problem is on the Cloud9 side, or maybe your ISP (some users from places like Hong Kong have had trouble accessing Cloud9 in the past).
