Unable to enable billing or invite members to teams

Hi,

I no longer have access to our education account to invite students. I am an admin of two teams, and I can’t see any of them. When I click into the billing section, I just get a message that says “Administrator right required”.

When my colleagues log in with their accounts, they get a message that asks to enable billing, and when they try to enable billing they receive a 500 error

​Sorry to hear that you are having an issue.
The issue seems to be solved now but you might need to log in into your account again verify that you can access all workspaces needed.
