Unable to change to new $19/month plan

So, when I click the Update button to change to the new $19/month plan, I go to a page that won’t let me type in an address, but when I try to submit the page it says an address is required. Is this going to get fixed, or can someone change me to the $19/month plan?

Could you send a message to support@c9.io ? This sounds like some odd browser issue?
