Unable to access workspace or any projects on C9

I’m experiencing serious issues with loading my workspace.

As of now I’m unable to access my workspace, or list my files so that I may manually download them.

Can someone please tell me how I can export my project without entering my workspace? It’s really important that I get these files and finish working on them as soon as possible!

Seems like cloudflare is blocking your ip somewhy. What chrome addons do you have installed? It maybe related to one ofthem
Could you try to login from incognito window?

Thank you so much. I’m able to use it now! This can be safely closed.

Just out of curiosity, would it be possible to tell me why cloudflare was blocking my IP? I did seem to get a lot of captchas in the past few days

Hi,

To be honest, we’re not sure :slight_smile: It should only happen when it detects bot behavior, but it seemed to have been receiving a lot of false positives.
