The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

Hi !
Been trying to use Divi theme and Divi theme builder.
When i tried to upload the theme I got:
“The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini”

Divi.zip is 5.4MB

Can anyone assist
