Team members cannot use premium support


I am both a premium individual user and member of a team. As an individual user I can use premium support. However, my team mate (he is just member of the team) cannot use premium support from a workspace which belongs to the team.

In perspective of being paid customers, we are both paid customers. Even though team pricing is more expensive than individual subscription, we do not get premium support as team members.


I have the same problem here. I am a team member paying more than the individual plan, but I cannot get premium support.
