Support does not respond to any messaes

Hi,
Last Sunday (17 March) my payment did not go through. I sent a message to support@c9.io few times but no one replied. Is there anybody facing the same problem? Is there anybody still using c9.io? It looks like they really want me to stop using it :frowning:

I also found this link https://community.c9.io/g/Cloud9 so no cloud9 employees have been here since 22 February…

The problems started shortly after Amazon purchased them and its only gone down hill since. Many are in the same boat.

Download your data.
Move to a new service.
Dont waste any more time. No one will respond.

Yeah, I would look elsewhere. I was interested in getting started with C9, but there’s not enough support here to justify the effort.

THEY TOLD YOU … move to amazon web services (AWS cloud9). IT is not easy ! It is complicated (sorry) but I have both AWS and C9 and I use both. C9 was a SIMPLE SIMPLE config and use model … AWS in not simple but both can do the same thing and both are VERY inexpensive. (i.e great value)

Yes, c9.io continues to run for existing users. You can continue to use all the features of c9.io and add new team members if you have a team account. In the future, we will provide tools for easy migration of c9.io workspaces to AWS Cloud9.
