Stuck on "Restoring data from hibernation."



The title says it all; I can’t load my workspace. My problem is identical to the first half of the problem that’s described in this thread: Restoring Data from Hibernation

I’ve tried logging out and back in, as well as accessing it on a couple of different browsers, but the result is always exactly the same. I’ve been using c9 for over a year now and this is the first time I’ve ever encountered this bug.


Can you private message a @moderators or send an email to with your workspace URL, they can restart the workspace which usually fixes it. Note that is premium support, but they will restart your workspace if you ask them to and explain the problem in detail.
