Stuck on "Restoring data from hibernation."

The title says it all; I can’t load my workspace. My problem is identical to the first half of the problem that’s described in this thread: Restoring Data from Hibernation

I’ve tried logging out and back in, as well as accessing it on a couple of different browsers, but the result is always exactly the same. I’ve been using c9 for over a year now and this is the first time I’ve ever encountered this bug.

Can you private message a @moderators or send an email to support@c9.io with your workspace URL, they can restart the workspace which usually fixes it. Note that support@c9.io is premium support, but they will restart your workspace if you ask them to and explain the problem in detail.
