SSH Key Notifications


Greetings! I am working with an educational organization that is trying to assist a computer science teacher with their Cloud9 SSH Key Configuration in their account, and am not having luck. I have already confirmed their SSH Key has been successfully uploaded and showing in their list, but then when they try to create a new work space, they are then met with another message that says, “Please upload your public Cloud9 SSH Key (found on your profile page) to your repository provider before cloning.” I have screenshots saved to a pdf file of the error message along with the successfully uploaded key, but it’s not registering properly when creating a new work space. Please advise, and I thank you in advance for your assistance.
