School Account Blocked

My Cloud9 account has been blocked. I use this for school. I am new to software development. If I did something wrong please let me know. I log in with lkostaki@chicagobooth.edu and it is now telling me my account is blocked.

Please contact support@c9.io with your username, and request that they unblock it. The most common reasons that people are usually blocked are the following:

  • The user was using Cloud9 as a hosting service (hosting their website, game server, etc.)
  • The user was running bots on Cloud9, sometimes attacking websites or spamming online accounts
  • The user attempted to attack any website, or use penetration testing tools that could cause damage to a service, from the Cloud9 service
