Running c9 in my domain - questions

#1

So I have successfully loaded c9 core to my ec2 instance on AWS. I did see that you cannot log in to this file even if it is running. Is there a way to connect to c9, and bring you back to my server? If so where should I install plugins/ packages to the core file? Should I run it on the instance or pre install it on bash?

I am essentially trying to have c9 run on my domain. It is a task I have been given. Has anyone messed with or edited some of the files on c9 that would help with what I am doing?
