Resetting Password


Hi I am getting an error message when trying to reset my password and can’t log in. I have two accounts I think - one thru an online course, done thru edX but I would like to also have a personal account. My email address is taken but I can’t login. I’m not sure if I have two seperate accounts as to access the edX course account i go direct to [] and not thru cloud9 even tho I use a cloud9 environment.
