Regular files not displaying in navigator

#1

The navigator isn’t showing all the files in the directory. I’ve tried refresh, and checked permissions. These are not files with unusual filenames. I’ve checked all the settings. What am I missing?

The image shows that there are files in the directory, but not the navigator.

Related? I’m also having trouble with search returning results.

.c9 folder is in ~/workspace, but in command line you have ~/topplers folder

Thanks. Confirmed, .c9 folder is in ~/ not ~/topplers. Curious why the IDE shows that it is in ~/topplers. Regardless, is the right thing to do to have the topplers project exist at ~/ instead of ~/topplers? Thanks.

#4

the one in ~ is different, project files need to be in ~/workspace

#5

We have a similar issue but the files are definitely in the workspace, and when they are opened via the terminal they suddenly appear in the file tree. Refreshing the file tree has no effect. It looks like the folders are truncated, in one instance there are 62 subfolders in a folder but only the first 27 are showing in the tree. Can anyone help? Thanks.

In another instance there are three sub folders and 12 files, only one folder and 9 files are showing.
