Read-only file system: '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/c9.list'

How I try to use sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kirillshkrogalev/ffmpeg-next to install ffmpeg since it doesn’t exists on unbutu 14, but I’m getting this error:
OSError: [Errno 30] Read-only file system: '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/c9.list
I saw some questions when people said to add something to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/c9.list or something like that via sudo nano, but I don’t know what I should add on it.

Thanks for reporting the issue.

It is only cosmetic and your ffmpeg repository has been added anyway.

add-apt-repository tries to write to all sources.list.d files when only actually changing a single one. I’ve written a fix to get rid of that spurious error message and we’ll get it out later this week. For now just ignore it.
