Premium Workspace Migration Frozen

Logged into C9 this morning. When I tried to click on my workspace, I saw a loading bar stating “this workspace is being archived” with a sticky note on the side mentioning a server migration and that things will be ready in just a moment unchanged. It appears that it’s frozen as I’ve been waiting an hour and a half now not moving past ~15% completion on the loading bar.

Anyone else having this issue? I can’t get into my Workspaces as a result.

As an update to this. It now appears that my workspace will load and the 15% stuck bar is gone. However, all the files in my workspace and entire configuration has been deleted. Awesome.

Can you write to support@c9.io with your user name and workspace name? We can then investigate more into what happened.
