Hi guys,
everything was working fine a few days ago but since yesterday i can’t preview my app and it looks like i’m using the wrong port. Although my command looks right, please see screen shot. Please let me know how to fix it, thanks!!!

Try stopping the process and then start it using bundle exec rails server -p $PORT -b $IP with a lower case p and that might do the trick.
If that doesn’t work then stop the process and restart your workspace and then start the process again and see if that helps out. Looking forward to hearing more from you.
