phpPGAdmin - "No Application Seems to Be Running" Port 8081



This was working yesterday.

A flask app is being served up port 8080. I set up phpPGadmin to run on 8081.

I added SQLAlchemy to my Flask App this AM. I accessed my postgreSQL db via the command line (it never prompts me for a password, I have no clue if this is normal, but it listed my db, so I know it’s still there).

I went to the same local URL that was working yesterday for phpPGadmin and, bam, “No application seems to be running.”

Tutorials describing how to do things locally make all of this seem easy, but I need all of this to happen in cloud9. Hence, I’ve tagged this as a support issue.

Any ideas on I am doing wrong?
