phpMyAdmin 404 Error

phpmyadmin
mysql

Hi

Absolute beginner coder here, working through a MySQL training course.

I originally setup phpMyAdmin via Cloud9 and was using it fine, imported quite a lot of records into a MySQL database.

Tried to go to my personalised phpMyAdmin address today and am getting a ‘404 Not Found’ error.

‘The requested resource /phpmyadmin/index.php was not found on this server.’

Again, I’m not sure why as I installed via C9 fine and was using it OK.

I’ve tried reinstalling it on C9 but get this error

andmathews:~/workspace $ phpmyadmin-ctl install
Starting installation
Starting MySQL

  • Starting MySQL database server mysqld [ OK ]
    Configuring database
    Starting apache
  • Restarting web server apache2 (98)Address already in use: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:8080
(98)Address already in use: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:8080
no listening sockets available, shutting down
    AH00015: Unable to open logs
    Action ‘start’ failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.

Any help guys? Would appreciate it muchly

Thanks

Dan

I fixed this:

Blocked incoming connections on Port 80
Restarted Apache Server
Logged in to phpmyadmin again
