"Open in Cloud9" add-on for BitBucket not working

bitbucket

#1

I’m trying to add the “Open in Cloud9” add-on on bitbucket.org/account/user//addon-directory but am getting this error:
“Error
The add-on server wasn’t able to authorize your request. Try again, or contact the add-on vendor for help.”

#2

Can you try logging out and logging in again? This sounds like it might be an authentication issue. If that doesn’t work, can you try in incognito?

#3

Tried logging out and logging in to bitbucket.org, no luck.
Tried logging in incognito mode, still no luck.

@dannytech

the login from cloud9 via bitbucket points to: https://c9.io/auth/bitbucket?r=https://c9.io/rahulvarshney

but i noticed the add on goes to: https://bitbucket.c9.io/connect.json

here’s the web console message when i click add:

same problem.
I’d appreciate if you find a solution

#6

Yep, same problem. For what it’s worth, Codeanywhere and Codio integrations seem to be working fine. C’mon C9 - let’s get this fixed!

#7

Are you able to create a new workspace from the repo through Cloud9, rather than through Bitbucket? https://docs.c9.io/docs/setting-up-github-workspace
