No reset password mail

Hello,
I tried to login to Cloud9 but it seems that I have forgot my password so after trying for a while I get the message that the account have been locked and that I should try again after 5 mins. Since it seems like I have forgotten my password, I decided to reset it but I never got any mail too reset it. I have already done these two steps:
Check your spam folder
Add support@c9.io to your address book

So whats left is to come here and ask for help. It would be nice if someone could help me since I need to be able to start my schoolwork.

In reset password form do you input the email address or cloud9 username?
