New Account User

Hello there, my name is Branden and I am a current student at UCR taking a CS8 class and I am supposed to be using cloud 9 for my weekly labs. For some reason I can’t access my account and when I try for it to send to my email it won’t accept it. Is there any way for me to get my account back? I also tried making a new account but the activation wouldn’t accept any of my passwords. Please if any one can help I am really in need of it. thank you.
