Never receive email when I create Cloud9 account

Today I tried to create a Cloud9 account. The email with the password never arrived. I checked spam folders. I tried the “I never got my password” link on the login screen, but it says the account was already activated, and no password ever arrived. I tried to create another account with a different email address. The password email never arrived. I went to the settings and had it send me the link to change my password, but that email never arrived. When I created a Cloud9 community account just now, the email arrived quickly without a problem.
