Unable to access your workspace

/mnt/shared/sbin/node
ssh process died with exit code 255
Permission denied (publickey).

I’ve been getting this error for a couple of days now.

There have been topics in the past with this exact issue, but they are closed without any solution, employees just say that it has been fixed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

#2

Is this an SSH workspace, or is this a hosted one? Also, is this affecting all of your workspaces or just the one?

#3

This is a regular hosted workspace. This is my only workspace, but when I try and create a new one I get a 500 error.

edit: I am able to create and use a different workspace. The workspace that isn’t working is ide.c9.io/jarvinn/jarvin

bryceito, is there any resolution on this issue? The error is still occuring for my workspace ide.c9.io/jarvinn/jarvin

Thanks!

Have you made any modifications to any of the system folders? This can happen for instance if you change the ownership of your ~/workspace folder away from ubuntu:ubuntu.
