Jekyll regeneration doesn't stop

jekyll

#1

Hi all, jekyll keeps regenerating files, even when nothing has been changed.

This seems to be a recent problem, because I had an old jekyll workspace in which this didn’t happen. I’ve deleted that one, though, so I can’t compare it to the new workspaces I’ve created in which the problem does occur.

I do bundle exec jekyll serve --host $IP --port $PORT --baseurl ‘’ and everything starts properly, the website gets served no problems, but then the autoregeneration begins. It can happen from every 30 seconds to every 10 seconds to random times in between; never more than about a minute between regenerations though.

Any idea whats going on? I’m doing it in a simple html5 container.
