Issue with payment when signing up for a plan

I have a free plan. I was trying to sign up with a Micro plan. After clicking on the “Pay Now” button, an error message said “Something went wrong”. Tried 2 more times, with the same result. Is there a problem with the payment system? If there is, would appreciate if you could let me know when the payment system is back online again, so that I could proceed with my subscription. Thanks!

Hi there, usually this means something is wrong with the card - I’d love to look into this though to make sure it is not something else. Could you send an email to nikolai@c9.io ?

Not sure if this is related to this one but the issue there was case sensitive card names and that has since been (or seen to be) fixed.
