IP issues with C9 servers and Pokemon Showdown (opensource web game)

When users join the server, they are all grouped into these “IP blocks”; they merge with other users and taking any disciplinary action against them bans all users in that “IP block”. When an admin or I tries to edit the setting that handles IP logins, everyone is grouped into a 127.0.0.1 IP block that has no registered host (127.0-unknown-nohost comes up there). It’s a major bug that’s nearly impossible to fix. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Are you trying to host on c9?

#3

Yea; If it was a localhosted project, I wouldn’t post about it here

Cloud9 is only for development, not for hosting production servers. See Can I use Cloud9 for hosting?
