Internal Server Error

For the last 4 or 5 days (?) I get the following message whenever I try to “run” an html file that was working before:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

EDIT: Now the server starts as normal but when I refresh the browser window I get this (starting on line 4)
