Quite a few people who have had ongoing accounts have had rejected cards and support never contacts them back. If they ever actually do contact you - post about it so others know.

I think it is an awful way to force us to change to Amazon Cloud9.

Im not sure what you mean by that.

Amazon purchased C9. They now handle (or not) the support, service and billing.
If you are saying you believe Amazon is trying to push people off of c9 and onto their platform to not support this one - that may or may not be correct.

If you are looking for professional support from a paid platform - at this point - C9 and AZ are NOT who I would go with

It’s so sick.

I’ve been using C9 for 2 years with paid plan. Now, I cannot manage my workspaces. My team still work on my C9 instances and it impacts our development speed and harms us.
