Getting Gulp Install Error

Hello I keep getting the following terminal error when I check to see if Gulp is running. Not sure how to fix it:
“Refusing to install gulp as a dependency of itself”

I figured it out, I needed to start a Node workspace. I was using a HTML workspace.
