Enable customized plugins by default

plugins

#1

Hi Team,

I have created one customized plugin, I can able to work with that plugin in debug mode (i.e., adding ?debug=2 at the end of my url).

But I want my plugin to be work by default, I mean whenever I open my IDE it should work.

What I need to do ?

Thanks in Advance,
Siva.

I would take a look at this guide, it explains how to install plugins, and might be of some use:

#3

As per given description I have updated init.js file, but it is not working.

I tried with below code :

services.pluginManager.loadPackage([
"~/.c9/plugins/my.own.plugin/dragndrop.js"
]);

my folder structure is like :

~/.c9/plugins/my.own.plugin/dragndrop.js
~/.c9/plugins/my.own.plugin/installed.js
~/.c9/plugins/my.own.plugin/dragndrop_test.js
~/.c9/plugins/my.own.plugin/package.json
~/.c9/plugins/my.own.plugin/README.md

so it is packed plugin I belive, so no need to use package.json, I opened and saw package.json content is like :

{
“name”: “”,
“description”: “”,
“version”: “0.0.1”,
“author”: “”,
“contributors”: [
{
“name”: “”,
“email”: “”
}
],
“repository”: {
“type”: “git”,
“url”: “”
},
“plugins”: {
“dragndrop”: {}
},
“categories”: [“miscellaneous”],
“licenses”: []
}

NOTE: In the same path I have another plugin that is working fine.

Thanks,
Siva.
