Difficulty Getting Premium Support

I am trying to access premium support. I created an account as an educator, actually 2 now because it told me i didn’t have one when i did. Still when i go to premium support it tells me that i need to upgrade. From the way I read it an educator gets premium support, so I am not sure what i am doing wrong. Can you point me in the right direction?

Also, while I am here I might as well ask my questions.

  1. What’s the best way to link to a specific file in your workspace so you can share it as a link in powerpoint (or something similar). Can you default it to open in code vs html and visa versa?
  2. When the html preview is displayed, is there an easy way to open the source to edit without going to the cloud file manager?
