Deleted team, workspaces gone

Please please help, accidentally deleted a team and along with it all the workspaces…a year’s work gone down the drain…will appreciate any help.

please write to support@c9.io, but unfortunately the likelihood of being able to restore some of the data is low, since that is completely unrelated to the current topic of restoring single files.
