Credit card rejected without apprent reason on cloud9 side


My credit card account was lacking enough funds to cover premium account and $1 education team combined and was denied.

I then moved more funds to my account while simultaneously downgrading my account to Free account + $1 education team.

The next day I received another message that I was denied.

I tried re-entering my card info, but after three attempts and 7 denied transactions on my history, your site now tells me my card is invalid and was rejected by my card company.

I called them just now and they said they have not seen any rejected attempts on my account, and that the issue is likely on cloud 9 end.

Please remedy this issue.
