Couldn't upgrade to premium

Hi,

I tried to upgrade my free account to premium (year subscription) today through a friend who holds a UK debit card.

The transaction failed, saying “processor declined” (that’s what it says in my Dashboard under the Transactions tab).

What’s the issue, don’t you guys want our money?! :slight_smile:

nvm I realised that “processor declined” means the issue is on the bank’s end so you probably can’t help me with this…
