Could not start heroku

Hello,
I could not start heroku and got errors as below:

tatya (master) $ heroku open
▸ heroku-cli: update available from 6.12.0 to 6.99.0-ec9edad

I used command: heroku update but still could not open app.
How to see app. in heroku?
