Copy/paste from local clipboard to cloud9 terminal

terminal

Maybe I’m missing something fundamental here, but I can’t figure out how to copy from (for example) a github repo address and paste it into the cloud9 terminal. It’s getting really annoying having to hand type long addresses and such manually, my typing just isn’t that great.

What have you tried?
Did you try pressing ctrl-v?

Well, that would have seemed obvious (and I was about to reply with that) but after trying again it appears to be working now. Maybe a keyboard mapping issue, or I simply goofed.
