Connect to TMUX in SSH Workspace

ssh

#1

It seems like the default terminal in ssh workspace is based on tmux so I cannot attach to another tmux session. It would be great to have a terminal without launching a tmux session by default, so I can attach to existing tmux session to monitor long running jobs.

I would really like to do this also.

It does seem to be possible to join existing sessions… see “switch between sessions” here:

Doing it once seems to work. But then closing the tab on the other machine, or trying to do it again on the original machine, ends up corrupting or quitting the session…

I really think there must be some kind of workflow that would make this possible… has anyone discovered it? Tmux has so many commands…
